Rates & Charges

At Asha Payment Bank, we are committed to transparency and ensuring that our customers are well-informed about the rates and charges associated with our banking services. Below is an overview of our standard rates and charges for various banking products and services:


1. Savings Account:

  1. Minimum Balance Requirement: No minimum balance requirement.
  2. Account Closure Fee: Nil
  3. Debit Card Annual Fee: Rs. 100 (waived for the first year)
  4. ATM Withdrawal Charges: First 5 transactions free at Asha Payment Bank ATMs; Rs. 20 per transaction thereafter.
  5. NEFT/RTGS Transactions: Inward transactions free; outward transactions subject to charges as per RBI guidelines.
  6. Cheque Book Issuance: First 25 leaves free; Rs. 2 per additional leaf.
  7. SMS Alert Charges: Free for transaction alerts; Rs. 15 per quarter for balance alerts.


2. Current Account:

  1. Minimum Balance Requirement: No minimum balance requirement.
  2. Account Maintenance Fee: Nil
  3. Cheque Book Issuance: First 50 leaves free; Rs. 3 per additional leaf.
  4. NEFT/RTGS Transactions: Inward transactions free; outward transactions subject to charges as per RBI guidelines.
  5. Cash Deposit/Withdrawal: Rs. 2 per thousand or part thereof, subject to a minimum of Rs. 50 for cash deposit/withdrawal exceeding Rs. 25,000 per day.

3. Debit Card:

  1. Debit Card Issuance Fee: Rs. 200 (one-time)
  2. Debit Card Annual Fee: Rs. 100 (waived for the first year)
  3. Lost Card Replacement Fee: Rs. 250
  4. International Transaction Fee: 3.5% of transaction amount
  5. ATM Withdrawal Charges: At Asha Payment Bank ATMs: First 5 transactions free; Rs. 20 per transaction thereafter. At other bank ATMs: Rs. 20 per transaction.

4. Loans and Credit Facilities:

  1. Processing Fee: Up to 2% of the loan amount, depending on the type of loan.
  2. Prepayment Charges: Nil for loans with floating interest rates; applicable for loans with fixed interest rates as per terms and conditions.
  3. Late Payment Fee: 2% per month on the overdue amount.

5. Fastag:

  1. Fastag Issuance Fee: Rs. 100 (one-time)
  2. Recharge/Top-Up Fee: Nil for online recharges; Rs. 100 at designated recharge centers.
  3. Convenience Fee: As per NHAI guidelines.
